
I agree with this point. I think that people in earlier times ate better than most people now eat. Most people in earlier times ate a lot of vegetable and fruit. The food that they ate and bought have many nutrients and vitamin. Food in earlier times was more fresh, clean, and healthy. It was beneficial for the body. Their had good immunizing agents to project the diseases. Now, there are many chemicals in food. It is dangerous for the body. Most people in nowadays eat a lot of meat, carbohydrate, and fat. They like to eat fast food. There are many fat in food. That food is bad for the body. People now eat food is less than nutritious food in earlier times. Therefore, people in earlier times ate better food than people now eat. People in earlier times was stronger and had long life.
